Request your Certificate

RCPI issues secure, environmentally sustainable digital certificates. These are issued through Accredible and are automatically provided to eligible graduates.

We understand that you may wish to have a physical reminder. For eligible graduates, a printed version of your certificate is available upon request. We also offer a Digital Only option for alumni who originally received a paper certificate.

Please note fees vary depending on the format and your location (see details below).

Eligibility

You may request a certificate if:

• You have successfully completed an RCPI Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma.

• You received a digital certificate via Accredible, issued in or after April 2025.

• You are an alumnus who originally received a paper certificate and would now like to request a digital version (Digital Only option).

Eligible programmes include:

• Professional Diploma in Paediatrics

• Professional Diploma in Dermatology

• Professional Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

• Professional Diploma in Geriatric Medicine

• Professional Diploma in Occupational Medicine

• Professional Diploma in Infectious Diseases

• Certificate in Quality Improvement Leadership in Healthcare

• Certificate in Essential Leadership for New Consultants

• Certificate in Cancer Genetics and Genomics

How to submit a request

To order a printed certificate:

1. Click ‘Enrol’ on the option that applies to you (see pricing details below).

2. Log in to your RCPI Account

3. Complete the request form with your personal and delivery details, including your full name, date of birth, and postal address.

4. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submission. Please check your spam folder in case it landed there.

Delivery Costs

Please select the correct option based on your delivery or collection preference: 

Ireland & United Kingdom - €100

Europe - €120

Rest of the world - €230

Collection - €70 (For those who have requested a printed certificate and would like to collect it from our Dublin office.)

Digital Only - €50 (For alumni who originally received a paper certificate and would now like to request a digital version.)

Processing & Delivery

• Requests are processed on the last Friday of each month.

• Certificates are dispatched within two weeks of processing date. 

• All deliveries are made via DHL Express (estimated delivery: 5 business days).

• A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

• Collection Option: You'll be notified when your certificate is ready to be collected at our Dublin office.

FAQs

When will I receive my certificate?

- Certificates are dispatched within 2 weeks of the processing date.

Can I track my delivery?

- Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once your certificate is shipped.

What if my certificate doesn’t arrive?

- Contact helpdesk@rcpi.ie with your order details and tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?

- Contact helpdesk@rcpi.ie support as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been processed, we can update your shipping address. 

Can I cancel or get a refund?

- No. Once an order is processed, cancellations and refunds are not available. Please review your form before submission.

Does my digital certificate remain valid?

- Absolutely. Your Accredible digital certificate remains valid and verifiable at all times even if you also receive a printed version.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

- Yes. DHL requires a signature to complete delivery. If no one is home, they will leave an attempted delivery notice. You can track your certificate via the link we send or contact DHL customer service with any questions.

Has the pricing changed recently? 

- Yes. Certificate pricing was updated in September 2025 to reflect changes in production and delivery arrangements. Please refer to the current rates listed above.
