"This is an outstanding course I wish I had done it earlier. I have a much deeper insight into trainers and also means of assessing trainees. The importance of feedback and a development plan are very helpful. How to manage a difficult trainee not fulfilling their role was also very helpful. This course made me realise I would like to be much more involved in Medical Education."
