In response to the profoundly changed circumstances we now face as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are expanding our range of webinars and online/virtual CPD opportunities and moving as many of our courses as possible to an online format. The Certificate in Cancer Genetics will lead to an RCPI postgraduate qualification in clinical cancer genetics. This 6-month online programme is aimed at doctors who are working in cancer care and have an interest in cancer genetics.

This six-month online diploma will teach you how to manage common paediatric issues, including acute and chronic conditions and developmental difficulties. Learn how to recognise the critically ill child and gain a qualification from RCPI. Suitable for GPs, family physicians and doctors starting specialist training in Paediatrics.
This two-day course introduces you to essential management concepts. You will learn about aspects of general management, such as time management and meeting planning, not ordinarily taught to clinicians.
This online course provides practical guidance on communicating with patients using a person-centred care approach. You will learn how bias and health literacy can impact on communication, and how to share clinical information in a busy team environment. The course also covers open disclosure and managing conflict.
